Plant a Tree

 

Epicure Farms in coordination with “Trees for the Future” is sponsoring the purchase of a tree or trees with every order.  This is not automatic but voluntary on your part.  You can either inquire or you will be asked to if you would like to donate a minimum of $5.00 added to your order toward this very worthwhile project.  It has been estimated that one tree ($5.00) will offset the carbon footprint of the processing of this product and its transportation to you.

 

(We would like to point out that Epicure Farms is CERTIFIED GREEN so we do not leave a footprint with our efforts to pack this product.)

 

With every donation, Epicure Farms will match the donation and assist with this effort

About Trees for the Future

 

Since 1989, Trees for the Future has been helping communities around the world plant trees. Through seed distribution, agro-forestry training, and our country programs, we have empowered rural groups to restore tree cover to their lands. Planting trees protects the environment and helps to preserve traditional livelihoods and cultures for generations.

 

 

Here are some of the options available to you. By example, if you donate $25.00, Epicure Farms will match the donation with $25.00 and we will plant 500 trees!

 

 

Plant-a-Grove - 500 trees - $50

  • We will plant a beautiful grove of 500 trees in the name of the recipient!

  • This is a perfect gift for any occasion -- birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and more! A grove of trees is a wonderful memorial gift to honor a loved one.

Plant-a-Forest -1000 trees - $100

  • We will plant a forest of 1,000 trees, which will encourage the return of a natural forest environment to degraded lands.

  • Forests help replenish critical groundwater supplies, and provide for future generations!

Adopt-a-Village - 5,000 trees - $480

  • We will dedicate an entire village project in the recipient's name and plant 5,000 trees!

  • By sponsoring a project, you are also giving the gift of new hope and prosperity to an entire village or region in a developing country.
